The goal of service recovery is to address customer complaints, restore customer satisfaction and prevent customer exits. A successful service recovery has a positive impact on the overall satisfaction towards the company which ultimately leads to positive word-of-mouth and repeat purchase behaviour. After the service failure, service recovery should be done by the company in order to avoid the negative impacts of service failure on the customers. The process of service recovery is a part of quality management that intends to maintain business relationships with the customer. The process of service delivery has high chances to fail due to the presence of human element in it especially for company. The purpose of this research is to know whether service recovery has impact on customer satisfaction at PT Andalas Citra Elektrindo Medan. Research design used in this research is descriptive research design and correlational research design. Research methods which used are descriptive statistic analysis, validity and reliability test, normality test, coefficient correlation, coefficient of determinant, simple linear regression analysis and Z testing. The result of this research is the service recovery has impact on customer satisfaction at PT Andalas Citra Elektrindo. From Z test, it can be known that Zcount > Ztable. The coefficient of correlation value is 0.879. There is strong and positive relationship between service recovery and customer satisfaction in PT Andalas Citra Elektrindo. The coefficient of determination value is 77.2%. It means that 77.2% of customer satisfaction can be explained by service recovery in PT Andalas Citra Elektrindo. From result of regression analysis, it can obtain linear regression equation Y = 2.196 + 0.837 X. The increasing of 1 unit of the service recovery can make increasing of 0.837 unit of customer satisfaction. Most of respondent is disagree about the service recovery dimension in PT Andalas Citra Elektrindo. The increasing demand of servicing make CV. Indako Trading Co have problem in serve the servicing. The supply of seats isn’t enough for the customers who comes to get servicing. The service advisor is less knowledge, because when customer asked for advice about their motor problem, the service advisor only can reply “let’s the mechanic check the problem”. The next problem is their customer service, their customer service less responsive. The writer chooses the title : The Influence of Service Quality toward Customer Satisfaction at CV. The writer will use the Parasuraman five service dimensions which are tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy and Surachandar customer satisfaction dimensions which are core service, human element of service delivery, systematyzation of service delivery, tangibles of service, and social responsibility.The total population in CV. Indako Trading Co is 300 customers. The writer uses the Slovin sampling techniques with 5 % of error tolerate. The sample size is 171 customers. In analyzing data, the writer used some methods such as such as data descriptive, the validity test, the reliability test, the correlation test, the determination test, the linier regression, and the hypothesis test.From the result of coefficient correlation between variable x and variable y, resulted 0.75 which means the service quality has a strong relation (influence) toward the customer satisfaction at CV. Indako Trading Co, Medan. The percentage of service quality toward customer satisfaction is 56.25% and the remaining percentage of 43.75% were affected by other factor of product quality which was not discussed in this skripsi. From the calculation of hypothesis test, The zcount > z table, this means the Null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative (Ha) is accepted. The effect of performance appraisal process on employee motivation established that the system is important for employee motivation. Performance appraisal system has helped improve job performance at work. But so many company forget about how useful this system is, which lead to decrease of employee motivation, and PT. Galatta Lestarindo Medan also having this problem, such as high of turnover, it happened because the employees are unmotivated and unsatisfied to continue working in this company. The population that is used in the research is the total employees who are active working September 2015 in PT. Galatta Lestarindo Medan that are 37 people. The sampling technique is called as census sampling. Census sampling method is method which takes all the population as the sample. In analyzing questionnaires, the writer used validity test and reliability test, to analyze the data, use statistics, correlation test, determination test, linear regression, and hypothesis test. The correlation test shows that performance appraisal really have an impact through employees performance at PT. Galatta Lestarindo Medan, the result is positive and strong effect on employees’ performance at PT. Galatta Lestarindo Medan. zcount > ztable (5.16> 1.96), This means the Null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative (Ha) is accepted.

Marriage is one of the phases in life that a Muslim can live after finding his life partner. Marriage is not just lust, but establishes affection among families and creates peace in the family. If the family is peaceful and harmonious, a safe and secure family will be created. In a marriage, it is required to have a marriage guardian, whereas according to jumhur ulama, a marriage guardian is a condition and pillar of a valid marriage contract. If there is no marriage guardian, then the marriage is considered void. Meanwhile, other scholars argue that an adult woman may marry herself without having a marriage guardian, as long as she is married to a man who is equal (sekufu'). The two groups have the same clear foundation, both from the naqli argument and the aqli argument. In this debate, it is only limited to the debate of scholars, so researchers are interested in studying marriage guardians in the perspective of Indonesian state legislation and compared with the rules of world Muslim countries.

Where the rapid development of technology, the influence of friends and social media can also make children forget about good manners and have bad morals.

This research consists of primary data and secondary data; First, primary sources, namely data collected by researchers or data takers directly from the source in the form of verses of the Koran relating to human nature. The secondary data is the result of academic research that discusses human nature. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Theoretically, this approach is used to investigate circumstances, conditions, or other elements related to the research subject. findings in this study, humans have two dimensions: material and immaterial. The Qur'an shows that the human concept consists of five categories, namely: (1) al-insan, (2) al-ins, (3) al-nas, or unas, (4) al-basyar and (5) ) bany Adam. Despite the fact that these three words stand out the most in a human context, each has a different meaning. Allah, Who created everything in the best way possible, started the creation of man from a clot of blood and created his offspring from lowly water as a kind of essence, then perfected the process of his creation. Death destroys the elements of the body, but the elements of the soul will remain and rise again at the end of time. He is composed of a combination of two elements; spirit and body. If someone only knows the land part and ignores the part that is breathed by God's spirit, then they will not understand the basis of human beings. Ibn Arabi often expressed this idea by using the terms "small world" and "big world" or "microcosm" and "macrocosm". Usually, Ibn Arabi calls small humans with the term "microanthropos" and large humans.

The main problem in this study is the learning supervision strategy at SDN 1 Banawa Kab. Donggala and what is the review of Islamic education management regarding the learning supervision strategy at SDN 1 Banawa Kab. Donggala. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning supervision strategy at SDN 1 Banawa Kab. Donggala and to find out the management review of Islamic education regarding the learning supervision strategy at SDN 1 Banawa Kab. Donggala. The approach that the author uses in studying the title is qualitative by using a case study type of research at SDN 1 Banawa Kab. Donggala. The results showed that the learning supervision strategy at SDN 1 Banawa Kab. Donggala is the preparation of the supervision program, the implementation of the supervision program, the evaluation of the supervision program, the reporting of the supervision program, the follow-up of the supervision, and the development of supervision. An overview of Islamic education management on learning supervision strategies at SDN 1 Banawa Kab. Donggala is in accordance with Islamic education management because of the implementation of the supervision strategy at SDN 1 Banawa Kab. Donggala has used planning, organizing, actualizing, and controlling optimally based on local wisdom. The suggestion for this research is to carry out periodic supervision by educating, not dismissing. Furthermore, that SDN 1 Banawa is managed properly so that it is more trusted by the community and government.

Introduction: Obesity and excess body weight are predisposing factors to insulin resistance which can cause an increase in blood sugar levels resulting in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Objective: To determine the relationship between body weight and fasting blood glucose levels in students of the Faculty of Medicine Untad Batch 2022Methods: This type of research is analytic observational using a cross sectional research design. Total population of 159 people. The sampling technique used total sampling and obtained a total sample of 139 which met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data were obtained by measuring body mass index and taking peripheral blood using a glucometer. Then the data obtained were analyzed using the Spearman test.Results: The results of the analysis showed that there was no significant relationship between body weight and fasting blood glucose levels in Tadulako University Medical Faculty students class of 2022 with a p value of 0.39. The results of the analysis on the relationship between BMI and fasting blood glucose levels in 2022 Faculty of Medicine students showed no significant relationship with a p value of 0.24.Conclusion: It can be concluded from the study that there is no significant relationship between body weight and fasting blood glucose levels in Tadulako University Medical Faculty students class of 2022. This is because the majority of the sample has normal weight.

Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 is a chronic hyperglycemic disease due to insensitivity of cells to insulin. High glucose levels can cause metabolic problems that occur due to abnormalities in insulin secretion resulting in symptoms of decreased consciousness, a condition known as diabetic ketoacidosis. One of the complications of diabetes is stroke caused by hypertension. This report describes a 69-year-old male patient who was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus with a history of hypertension who had decreased consciousness. Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus is a hyperglycemic disease due to insensitivity of cells to insulin. Diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) is an emergency in diabetes mellitus (DM). One of the symptoms that appear such as decreased consciousness, hyperglycemia, Kussmaul breathing. Management should require correction of dehydration, hyperglycemia, acidosis and electrolyte abnormalities, identification of comorbid precipitating factors, and most importantly, continuous patient monitoring.

The Covid-19 outbreak is developing so fast in the midst of the life of the world community, and Indonesia is no exception. Its presence causes panic that is so terrible, because of the threat that is not kidding, which can lead to death. All lines take a role to be able to stop the rate of development of the effects of this virus, to stop crowd activities, including worship in houses of worship. With this policy, the community's response varied greatly. Of course this response is the result of the understanding that has been carried out so far. There are three groups in addressing the issue of destiny. First, Jabariyah is a group that only puts their trust in Allah, but denies endeavor. Second, the Qadariyyah are a group that denies destiny, only make endeavors but forget to rely on Allah. The third is the middle group, namely the group that is able to combine the concept of trustworthiness with endeavor in matters of destiny. So to provide a bright spot and be able to understand the problem of destiny, this situation needs to be described, then given a conceptual analysis related to the problem of destiny in the perspective of Qadariyah, Jabariyah and the concepts of endeavor and trust.
